Warranty terms & conditions:

The HARDEX® brakes warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Warranty is for replacement of similar products or refund of purchase value only ,excluding all labour and ancillary charges such as collection, fitting, inconvenience, purchasing of other manufacturers products and is good for a period of 12 months from date of purchase or 20,000 KM. (Whichever comes first.) Warranty can be claimed by consumers through HARDEX® head office directly or HARDEX® regional authorized distributors. Proof of mileage will be required. Original purchase receipts or installation receipts may be requested by HARDEX®. There is absolutely no warranty on any HARDEX® product for race use. HARDEX® brake pads are manufactured for smooth and noise free braking. However some brake pad systems cause pads to wear faster than others. Warranty does not cover brake noise or normal wear and tear. Drivers must assess the performance and durability of HARDEX® Brakes products themselves if any HARDEX® product is to be used in racing. Warranty only applies to the original owner of the vehicle.
